  • Is Your Analytics Data Actually Accurate?

Most businesses are making decisions on incomplete data - blocked by ad blockers, broken by consent restrictions, or misconfigured from day one. TagNexus builds analytics infrastructures that collect clean, complete, compliant data. Every time.

Analytics infrastructure for businesses that need accurate data.

From dataLayer architecture through server-side tagging and consent management - we design, build, and validate the complete measurement stack.

    Server-Side Infrastructure

Google Tag Gateway, reverse proxy, and server-side GTM - the complete first-party data collection stack that works regardless of ad blockers or browser restrictions.

    Consent & Privacy Architecture

Consent Mode v2 Basic and Advanced - implemented correctly, with proper tag-level consent checks, CMP integration, and validation across all consent states.

    dataLayer Architecture

Event taxonomy, Solution Design Reference documentation, and full developer handover - so your tracking is built on a structured, maintainable foundation from day one.

    Marketing Attribution

Meta CAPI, Google Ads Enhanced Conversions, TikTok Events API - server-side ad platform integration with proper event deduplication so your campaign data is complete and reliable.

    GTM 360 Container Management

Custom JavaScript, regex triggers, and dataLayer-driven tag architecture - built for enterprise scale without the fragility of auto-event triggers and built-in variable reliance.

    Analytics Audits & QA

Full audit covering tag firing, dataLayer integrity, consent compliance, and attribution accuracy - validated with ObservePoint, Tag Inspector, and Chrome DevTools.

    Modern analytics infrastructure, built properly.

Every engagement is built around the same principle - data should flow cleanly from user interaction through to your BI stack, with no gaps and no guesswork.

    Ad-blocker resistant

Scripts and data requests served through your own domain - invisible to blockers and browser filters.

    First-party cookies

Longer cookie lifespans, more reliable user identification, and better attribution across sessions.

    Consent-aware throughout

Every tag in both the client and server container respects the same consent state - no compliance gaps.

    Server-side ad platforms

Meta CAPI, Google Ads Enhanced Conversions, TikTok Events API - complete conversion signals independent of the browser.

    Sound familiar?

These are the most common reasons businesses come to us. If any of these sound like your situation - we should talk.

    GA4 data doesn't match reality

Ad blockers, browser restrictions, and ITP are silently stripping your data every day.

✓ Google Tag Gateway + sGTM recovers it

    Consent implementation is broken

Tags fire on all users regardless of consent status - a GDPR risk you may not know about.

✓ Consent Mode v2 fixes this properly

    GTM container is a mess

Years of accumulated tags, no documentation, conflicting triggers and nobody knows what fires.

✓ Full audit and dataLayer-driven rebuild

Marketing team can't trust the data

Reports contradict each other and decisions get made on gut feeling instead of data.

✓ Clean dataLayer and validated GA4 setup

    A structured process. Every time.

Every engagement follows the same four-phase structure - from discovery through to QA sign-off and documentation handover.

    01

    Discovery & Audit

Full audit of your existing GTM container, GA4 setup, consent implementation, and dataLayer - so we understand exactly what we are working with before touching anything.

    02

    Architecture & Planning

Measurement strategy, event taxonomy, dataLayer schema, and Solution Design Reference - all agreed and documented before any implementation begins.

    03

    Implementation

Full stack built in staging - GTM, sGTM, GTG, consent, vendor tags - coordinated with your dev team and tested thoroughly before anything goes live.

    04

    QA & Sign-Off

Every event validated with ObservePoint, Tag Inspector, and Chrome DevTools. Clean QA report and full handover documentation included as standard.

    What a proper implementation delivers.

A real enterprise client engagement - details anonymised.

    The Problem

A large B2B enterprise was losing up to 35% of analytics data due to ad blockers and browser privacy restrictions. Their consent implementation was also misconfigured - GA4 was firing on all users regardless of consent status, creating a GDPR risk they were unaware of.

    What We Did

We implemented the full stack - Google Tag Gateway via reverse proxy, server-side GTM with first-party cookies, and Consent Mode v2 with OneTrust. The entire dataLayer was redesigned from scratch to support proper event-level consent signals.

Questions we get asked most often.

If your question is not here, just reach out - we are happy to talk through your specific situation.

Do I actually need server-side tagging?

If ad blockers, browser privacy restrictions, or data accuracy matter to your business - yes. Server-side tagging moves data processing off the browser, improving data quality, reducing page load impact, and protecting against client-side blocking. For EU-facing businesses it also provides greater control over data flows.

What is Google Tag Gateway and why does it matter?

Google Tag Gateway allows GTM scripts and analytics requests to be served through your own first-party domain instead of Google's servers - making them invisible to ad blockers. Combined with server-side GTM, the entire data collection infrastructure becomes first-party and resilient to browser restrictions.

What is the difference between Consent Mode Basic and Advanced?

Basic blocks all tags until consent is given - simple but you lose all data for non-consenting users. Advanced allows tags to fire in cookieless mode before consent, sending anonymised pings GA4 uses for behavioural modelling. The right choice depends on your market and regulatory requirements.

How long does a full implementation take?

A standard engagement runs 3 to 6 weeks depending on site complexity and dev team responsiveness. A full server-side implementation with consent and dataLayer architecture typically takes 4 weeks. Audits and targeted fixes can often be turned around in 1 to 2 weeks.

We already have GA4 and GTM - do we need a full rebuild?

Not necessarily. We start with an audit to understand what is already in place. In many cases the existing setup can be improved rather than rebuilt. We will tell you honestly what needs to change and what does not.

Do you work with clients outside India?

Yes - all work is done remotely and we work with clients across Europe, the US, the UK, and the Middle East. We work async-first with clear documentation and regular check-ins, which works well across time zones.

Ready to talk about your data?

Whether you have a specific challenge or want to understand what is possible - we are happy to have an honest conversation.
